    I get an email from maximuscle (regular customer), promotion - buy a tub of promax get 10vmaximilk free, i thought grand, i'll buy this, running low on protein, turns out this offer is only available to British customers - screw them, they have just lost me as a customer!! rant over

    personally i don't mind people doing curls in the rack, beats the hell out of at least 40% of the tossers taking 5 minute breaks/having conversations etc!!
