    Correction ^
    Thank God there's a weekend so I can actually study all my chapters for paper 2, including all my theorems.
    I don't like maths :D

    I find Paper two a lot easier!
    Other than the theorems it's just fill in the blanks with trig. and geometry!

    I actually love paper one in maths.
    Hopefully I'll still be saying that on Friday :P

    84% in the pre.

    "Eighty four percent" is an examiner's way of saying "ALL YOUR HARD WORK WAS FOR NOTHING, SUCKA!". My revenge is coming with this paper, I swear to god.

    I really want an A in maths tbh I got a B in the mocks so it is possible but like...

    If the right theorems come up and the trig/area and volume isnt gross I *should* be okay!

    I'm screwed... :(

    My maths teacher said have it`s setting on DEG, I think for the
    "SIN, COS, TAN" Questions

    Sin = O over H
    Cos = A over H
    Tan = O over A.
    "Oh, hell, another, hour, of, Algebra"

    Best of luck guys!:o

    Put it on normal and deg

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,840 ✭✭✭Luno

    Put it on normal and deg

    You can only do one or the other! :O I'll keep it on deg and see how things go...

    I'm going through a paper one exam, anyone know how to do this question? :confused:

    "Write 44100 as a product of its prime factors"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,553 ✭✭✭soccymonster

    I'm really nervous about paper 1 (well for my sister!). I helped her with paper1 for an hour last night but she finds some of the questions like indices and surds very difficult in contrast to paper2. :( i'll be holdig the Rosary beads for the next few hours anyways.

    Oh and don't do what I did and notice 15mins before the exam ends that your calculator is on radians :o

    You're such a good sister. :eek:

    My brother & sister don't even know what exams I have today :pac:

    I helped my brother who is doing his leaving cert with his maths yesterday! :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,553 ✭✭✭soccymonster

    Well, of course I don't want her to fail! :) But I love helping her out because it gives me a somewhat invincible power over her. I'm like the master training her. I love JC maths too :P (yet sadly, I can't answer that exam question DKZ, apologies).

    I've figured it out.

    You have to divide it by prime numbers.
