Went to collect no record?!

    Received the yellow temporary card last week, went to the post office to collect today as told, but they have no record for me to collect today or tommorow... any reason why? Is it because of the bank holiday?!

    Wasnt able to get answer from office as they are back to work tommorow morning:confused:
