3v transactions incomplete plaese help??

    ok so i bought something online using a 3v card registered with paypal and paypal say the money has been sent to the company but on the 3v website it says transaction incomplete. the compasny rang me up and said the cant send the goods because they havent recived the payement. Can someone please tell me how to complete the transaction??????:(

    Phone or email 3v customer service. They are very helpful in my experience.
