Got an e-mail back from the tech support in Microsoft,

Recently sign in's have been appearing on my Xbox360 , Zune and Windows accounts.

The last one the show itself was 23block@live.co.uk , it requested a password but i just ignored it.

Has appeared 3 or 4 times requesting a password.

Having e-mailed Microsoft thinking there was another user hacking my account they said they have had reports of this recently and the believe the fake sign-on's are requesting passwords in the hope you enter one you use on a regular basis and then it is forwarded to the fake sign in's inbox.

The way around it was to have all your windows updates installed , delete the cookies in your browser/un-install and install the most recent IE browser and run a virus scan.

Posting this to warn people incase they get caught out.
