Ah sure, it's not the end of the world. Over hyped but it's grand if ya get what ya want and go straight into College/Uni.

I didn't know what I wanted and took me a few years before I went into Uni. Livin' it and lovin' it.

How did they get their hands on it? If it were me, I would have kept it to myself.

In one centre in Louth, the supervisor handed out Paper 2 instead of Paper 1, students memorised the questions and thanks to texts and the internet it was leaked all around the country by the end of the evening.

You have missed two full stops in your post. You better hope the examiner doesn't see that post or you'll only get a C grade!

As I sat there in my chair, I tried to conceive an eloquent prose, but alas, my vocabulary failed me as the rain pattered against the window, in a non-stop rhythm that threatened to hypnotise me and jeopordize the whole exam...

Really? It was announced the evening before the exam, you mustn't have had the news on at all

Deeply amusing comment, largely due to the manifold plausible interpretations. Is your hatred for Stalin due to your new found understanding of his atrocities which you have garnered through your studies, or do you dislike him because you don't quite grasp him as well as Mussolini? Either way, the juxtaposition of atrocities, be they historical or within the Irish educational system, is always amusing.

Do you ever wish that thanks was a currency, with a ration of say 25 units a day, rising to 50 for more established posters, which you could apportion as you will?

That posts deserves more than one thanks from me.

There are more suitable forums then this, namely, The Leaving Cert forum and the one with the mostly senior school peeps.
