Advice for summer bulk!?

    Hey guys

    Basically now that the summer has come I have alot more free time to hit the gym and what not. I'm coming to ye to ask for any advice ye can give me with regards diet and what not. I was thinking about 4 days a week gym time and 2 days a week of cardio.
    I've been weighed and measured in the gym at 183cm and 75kg,with a body fat of 12%
    I'm not a big build in anyway,i'd be slim moreso.
    Also I am strongly considering taking some supplements to aid in my aims.
    What would you guys recommend? Post work out,pre work out etc.
    I'd be somewhat wary of creatine however,but I am open to suggestions!
    Diet tips would be a major help as I am somewhat slack in that department!
    Also what would be a reasonable achievement by summers ends? is 80kg with current body fat possible?
