    I thought it may be useful to have a scientific writing/publishing forum and have posted a proposal in "Forum Requests".

    Yeah definitely, I wonder would there be too much overlap with "Research" though?

    Yes, I was thinking more along the lines of a sub-forum in that case. Make it easier to read/ask about scientific writing by having all related topics in one place.

    I really like this idea, I'm about to start writing some manuscripts myself so I think this would be a great forum too have :) Definitely has my support!
