What keeps you motivated with your attitude toward life in general?

    What keeps your progesterone flowing?

Pain keeps me motivated - because I don't want to be hurt so I keep going to stay above it.

    Tony Robbins Books
Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives.

For changes to be of any true value, they've got to be lasting and consistent.

How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I'm committed to?

I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.

I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.

If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.

I lose my motivation when I see that people are motivated by this drivel. America, God bless you.

What keeps me happy in life is that im not very motivated and am willing to settle for little. As long as there is a 6 pack in the fridge and some pizza in the freezer im a happy bunny.

I think I'd be lost without my friends if they didn't keep me motivated. Tough searching for jobs but they get me through the grind.

the satisfaction of the last thing did.

So you don't wanan go to the gym for example, but you go any way you work out for an hour and half get home shower change the cloths eat some food, sit down over welmed with a feeling of satisfaction.

its really that easy no one motivates me but me, because I dont have any one to help me motivate my self but I know the sence of satisfaction is well worth it. :D

Thanks for sharing your view bro.

Why is it some people are willing to settle for less and some just want to be the best?
Are we born this way or the way we raised - is it written in the stars

Me, I wanna be p4p#1 mang.

    Hot chicks motivate me.
Shaking their ass and being sexy in general.

Say for example I watched this video earlier, it's probably the best motivation I've had in a while.

It's probably a combination of Mr. Motivator and the notion that one day I'll be dead so I'd better enjoy my life while I got it!!

Although sitting here in work at a computer right now is really sapping all the motivation I got!

I reckon, testosterone is energy and motivation.
It is produced when their is a feeling of sexual chemistry.
i.e. it is produced around the hot girls

    Logic!!!

I feed the pigeons & I sometimes feed the sparrows too, it gives me a sense of enormous well being. And then i'm happy for the rest of the day safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it.

    lol, good point.
But there in lies the problem.

I couldn't lift the weights unless I had the initial motivation.

Now, say if I'm talking to some honey and agree to meet her later that day, I could go down to the gym in between and kill myself on the bench and it would feel great.

But without that initial motivation, I couldn't find it in me to lift 20kgs.

Ah I see what you're saying. It's a viscous cycle

Maybe the solution is to get some food in a restaurant where there's hot women who flirt to get good tips before hitting the gym. :pac:

It actually motivates me to get as well educated as I can before I get the fcuk out of dodge.

He's a big waffling bollix who dupes suckers out of money with self help books with titles like:

"Powertalk! The Decisions that ensure your success"

"Powertalk! The Masterkey to personal transformation"

"Awaken the Giant within - How to take immediate control of your mental, emotional, physical and financial destiny"

    What a parasitic gimp.
