There was a thread on here about this recently. It costs a fortune. Do a search and you will find it, it was only about a month ago.

By the number of people you have, you need someone that hires either a Dash 8 or a BAe 146 type aircraft.

Mi-6 would do the job either if you want to take a helicopter.

I think in this case, Ryanair is your friend.
