Not a joke. Someone asked me where would you go to get something like this comissioned. Is for a very special ornamental purpose. Anyone any ideas?

first person that comes to mind is the artist Louise Rice. She mainly works in glass and is based in the Leitrim Sculpture Centre in Manorhamilton. Love her stuff If she's not able to help you she might know someone who would.
