This video is quite upsetting if you didnt already hear about it.

Human behaviour shows nicer side in these videos and then shows how people wont help because they are what to scared or just dont care?

they'll care when it starts stinking up the area. It'll be moved then.

But will they actually care about the person? I doubt it. I certainly wouldn't. Human life is rather cheap. It took living in Asia for me to realise just how cheap it could be. And it took coming back to Ireland to realise just how hypocritical we are about it. Sure people make loud noises, but very little is actually done about it. Keep your head down and hope nothing inconveniences you. (Note: I do the same. I don't particularly go out of my way to help people either)

This is the thing some show they do care in the videos, but alot were a big let down for humanity.Elephants even wont leave the fallen behind.

That really happened in NYC? :( Just dont know how people can live with themselves doing that.

Just this pass bad weather i was driving home and saw a man lying on side of road.I pulled over and rang 999 and reported him lying there not moving(And on top of everything was snowing heavy and freezing).I didn't get out of the car as small child with me.But in all good conscience i would not have been able to go home without doing something.
The good thing i think about Ireland, majority of people would have stopped and rang someone or checked they were coherent.

Another day a man was lying on a path i could see him as i walked up in a bundle on ground, people came in and out of the pub he lay in front of but did not go over, when i got to him i realised i knew him.But so did the other people i witnessed passing him by,And like in the video when i stopped and started making phone calls, other people stopped to check.
Luckily the garda were driving down road and waved them in.He had a fit and fell banging his head.:(He is ok thank god.
I personally wouldn't walk past anyone or anything in distress or in need of help.

I hope we never get like that.

it's the "can't someone else do it" problem...
If you are in a low traffic area with only one or two people around and you see someone take a fall most people will go to help them, but when there are hundreds of people passing by you sort of think "well I don't have to help because at least one of these other hundred people will help him" and you carry on.

A while ago I some poor guy fall over late on Saturday night. He hit his head I think, it was a slow night, there were few people around and a couple of strangers went to help him... but once they'd gotten to him and checked on him, maybe rung 999... What use would I have been? Would I just have been in the way? Should I have gone over anyway even if all I could do was say "does he need an ambulance... Don't move him incase his neck is injured"...

Better that there are several emergancy calls made than none... Like in the story about that poor girl that who got raped at an appartment building but no one rang the cops when they heard her screaming because they all thought someone else would do it...

I agree should make that call, doesn't matter how many people are there pick up the phone.I don't understand how the girl in NYC who got saved from the mugger just ran off, after seeing that guy stabbed and then people picking him up seeing blood and walking off:( How sick is it.
Well you saw people stopped and were concerned,if no one had of gone over i am sure you would have.
I never heard of that one about the girl, where was that :(
