IMO, Dashka is one of the hottest productions exports at the moment!

He's had some great tracks, out, he's getting great coverage from Jules on Radio 1, which is nothing to be sniffed at.

Been having a look at him, definitely my preferred end of the whole ''Balkan Beats'' thing and very sound production values - the best of luck to him.

nothing wrong with Jules liking stuff, i listen to his radio show most weeks when i'm at work, and some of the stuff he plays on the radio is actually pretty good.

I think getting support from Jules is massive, look at the audience he gets every week.

Not really into his music, but then he'd happily say the same about what I'm into, so how bad.

Mr Mister, that type of PR doesn't please people, so you'd do better for dashka if you leave it off. If someone is looking for some music, its good to recommend stuff, otherwise not so cool.

For the benefit of the board, Mr Mister isn't dashka.

big fan of the work hes doing, really solid productions! he is also an AMAZING sax player, if you are lucky to catch this guy live you get the advantage of a good DJ with the sax over the tunes!

I wouldn't be hugely into that kind of music but every tune i hear from dashka is a right foot stomper!

havin the judge behind you is certainly not a bad thing, the guy has been on the circuit for years and has one of the most succesful shows on Radio 1! i wouldn't be gone on alot of the stuff he plays but you gotta respect his work!

For some reason this conjured up images of being up in Tech Fm a few years back for the days of the 'Chud' shows- I don't think I've ever seen a pitch slider on a set of Technics knocking back and forward from 0-+8% so often in my life! lol.
