3.0 bar showerforce booster pump

i have a 3 bar twin impeller showerforce booster pump. i think the pcb is faulty because its constantly pumping on the cold side only. when i swap the small plugs of the two flow sensors it is constantly pumping on the hot side. any feedback appreciated.
