Bike mechanics Dublin 15 area

    Hi.Im wondering does anyone know any experienced bicycle mechanics in the Dublin 15 (Blanch,castleknock,clonsilla areas). Fed up bringing my bikes to shops and getting ripped off and still having mechanical problems..:confused:

    Racing bike (giant defy).. when im pedalling,or even freewheeling there is a constant noise coming from the back wheel.Dont think its a brake rubbing..or gears.. im not sure if its the wheel itself..a clicking sort of noise.annoying when im out for a long spin

    Mloc, please dont insult my intelligence..As an experienced cyclist i know the noise of a freewheel.I dont need to go on you tube to hear it

    I live in D15, and usually take my bike here. Not close, but excellent work. He has been known to travel, but possibly too busy now - suggest you PM him if interested.

    Otherwise, I'd go to Staggs in Lucan if you haven't already.

    I assume you've checked that your cassette is on properly and freehub bearings are not worn (hope this doesn't insult your intelligence ;) ).
