    Just saw this in the local advertiser. It says today & tomorrow 10-6pm there will a manufacturer sale up to 70% off on electrical items at Cíllin Hill. All items new in box,comes with warranty (by Electrocity if I'm right). Admission: e2.50. I wonder guys is this a bargain to be seen or what? I can't make it today @ work @ the moment. Could anybody shed light on this?

    Sounds like the usual, 70% off a couple of small items and everything else nothing near it.
    comes with warranty (by Electrocity if I'm right
    I'd make well sure they were covered by a warranty.

    I dont think is a scam I got a text for this from a shop I bought stuff in before. The text cam in with the name electrocity which if you google http://www.electrocity.ie/

    in fairness they are all copying harvey normans warehouse sales

    did electrical have done 2 in the past month ,harveys have one at the moment

    they drastically reduce the 'end of line stock' (dcl discontinued ) and they gather up all there ex display stock from each of thier shops and reduce it,
    cheap chinese dvd's and generic tellys going cheap .
    i went to the harvey normans sale in naa's and they were even selling washing powder like the market stalls do

    times are tough

    Not a scam!

    Electro city are one of the most established stores in Kilkenny.

    Dont know if the sale will be any good though

    this sale is on again this weekend, just wondering is it worth going to it? anything of value to be had at the one in the summer?
