    I've been getting sick on and off since about 8 o clock, all self inflicted of course. There's bits of red in it anyways so I put my toothbrush down the back of my throat and it comes out covered in gooey dark red blood.. :(
    Hoping it's just my throat cut up and not my stomach lining.

    Any suggestions on what I can do to make myself feel a bit better?

    A&E might be a good place to start. My heart's been skipping a beat every few hours for the last month, not fun. Not dangerous either apparently, they're called premature ventricular contractions.

    Spewing blood can be pretty serious & it may just be a coincidence that it's happening the morning after the night before - definitely get yourself to A&E or an emergency doc, just in case.
