Will be travelling to Dublin tomorrow. Plan to park at Red Cow & take Luas into town. Only snag is I have to bring van as OH needs car. Are there any height restrictions on the Luas car park at the Red Cow (or Tallaght if Red Cow is full) ?

    Thanks

There's no height barriers or anything like that there.

but the spaces are only big enough for cars, so maybe park in the back where you won't hassle anybody.

Thanks Robbie. That gives me one less thing to worry about. And will def. park in a far corner - always do when I'm driving the van :)

Doubt Red Cow will be full (unless All Ireland final has come early this year) - Tallaght is underground parking and so that will be an issue.

If you do not know layout of Red Cow P&R - when you come in just keep driving straight ahead and cross the tracks - always loads more space on that side of the P&R.

Also, you must pay for your parking in the machines on the same side as you have parked on (credit card machine available by platform, all others are coins only) - make sure you note your bay number or it'll be a return trip.

Yeah have used Red Cow a good few times & underground at Tallaght but wasn't sure if there was another overground car park at Tallaght. Thanks for tip re: parking on far side of tracks, didn't realise there were spaces there as well.

No All-Ireland but Westlife are playing Croke Park!

It is quicker to drive straight to and park at red cow than to go into Tallaght with the additonal journey time then on Luas from tallaght to red cow anyhow.

    Enjoy the show!
