That's the cheapest I've seen yet.

Though I have to say if I walk into another BBQ/dinner party where they're serving Oyster Bay I'm going to go postal.

It's like the Blue Nun of the 2000's (except mildly drinkable).

You'd only get Lidls Colombard Chardonnay in my house so be grateful :D

7.99 is a very good price for this wine. They are sold out in Dunnes Ashleaf. There were only a couple of cases left in Dunnes Beacon yesterday.

I just got a leaflet in the door saying that Superquinn are selling it at €8. Check it out!

I didn't think there was any point in starting a new thread, it's just in a different supermarket. I'm not sure when the Superquinn offer expires, I'll try find out.

    edit:
Offer valid fro 16th June til 29th June while stocks last!

I'm very happy now. I just bought a nice case of this wine in Superquinn, Rathborne earlier. I'm testing it now and it's very good.

Though you're right, if they keep offering it at this price it will become very commonplace soon. I can't believe this wine used to be €14 before the recession and people used to drive to Newry to buy it in Sainsbury's. Save your petrol!
