I started hitting the gym regularly again this week and have been posting up what ive been doing in the fitness log. It's a bit of a mish-mash so far I'm not too sure what i should be doing each day! Ill probably finish out the week with another spin class and maybe some more ab work and stretches/foam rolling.

Anything you think I should be adding in there, the one thing i can think of myself is probably shoulders, maybe some shoulder presses?

Im in decent enough shape, really want to drop a few fat % to get the more defined look! Diet isn't great as im unemployed so sleep/eating patterns can be irregular. Was wondering though are things like eggs bad when wanting to cut out the fat? Probably most days i have a calorie deficit due to my gym work but i suppose this isn't ideal if it ain't clean foods?

    Cheers in advance

A calorie deficit with crisps is worse than a calorie surplus with eggs IMO.

A surplus with a squeeky clean diet is tough to come by though. I'd say i have a 5 or more scrambled egg and still end up on a deficit for the day :/

Once your full ye kinda forget to eat for awhile.

Its a pain if your metabolism is like a race horse.
