Hi Guys. I recently bought new ultegra cranks (see pic) for my felt. At present i have a square tapered bb.So I know i need to uprade to a octalink (correct me if im wrong) not sure whcih version though. What do i need to look out for before i buy one online. I note there are different thread types and do certain frames take particular sizes, and what are cups, do i need them, do they come with it when you buy one? Any info or advice would be helpful and perhaps if you know where's the cheapest, I'll probably go for an ultegra bb.

    Thanks in advance

New ultegra cranks need a hollowtech II bottom bracket. The only thing you need to figure out is if your bike is english thread or italian thread.

They're Hollowtech II cranks so you need a Hollowtech II BB like this

More than likely your bike has English Thread.

You'll need a tool as well
