    cmod is a mod for all the forums in a given category. Myself and DrIndy are "honorary" cat mods for the GC because it was originally in science before it was moved to soc.
    basically we have mod powers (edit, delete posts and threads, ban users) for all forums in our category, but normally cmods don't act as mods in any forum they don't mod directly.

    Ned, I would like to wish you good luck in your role as the newest mod of tGC. Hopefully you can continue the good work of mods past and present in a forum which in my own humble opinion has become a less joyful place than it used to be. All the best.

    yeah kinda. More of a lean-to type affair though if I'm honest. Good shelter in the rain though, you just wouldn't wanna live there
