    Am I right or wrong here people? I was in PP yesterday and decided to do a reverse forecast on a race.

    I placed the bet no problem but one minute later one of my selections was declared a non-runner, I went to the counter and told the girl and asked for a refund. She must have been having a bad day because she said in a loud pissed off tone that I wasn't allowed my money back and I HAD to pick another selection for my bet!

    At this stage I was getting pissed off at her loudness and told her calmly I won't my money back because the bet I wanted was now not available....after much tuting she refunds me but not before telling me I'm totally wrong and to not bother her again!

    Thoughts?

    To be honest report her, Just email head office, i know someone who done this before and he got a free bet voucher.

    According to Paddys rules on forecast betting, "forecast bets are void when
    a: one of the selections does not run
    b: less than three runners take part in the event.
    c. You select unnamed favourites. If an unnamed favourite appears among the named selections, only that part of your bet including the unnamed favourite is void." You were right after all Big Mouth. Will you take pleasure in reminding this person of the above rule??:D

    Has to be a void as said above.
    She obviously didn't know the rules.
    What would they have done if you weren't in the shop?
