Which high street bank best for 1 year fixed deposit?

    Just wondering which high street bank is offering not only best rates but also best security for a 1 year fixed term deposit of circa 30K..

    the interest rates are there for all to see but which of the high street branches are best with regards security?

    Are we better putting it in a NAMA protected bank?

    Do you mean if the Gov Guarantee is not extended? Cos right now, all deposits are secure.

    UB. 3.5% fixed for one year.
