    Warm down, lots of stretching and I like the sauna/ice bath combo if your gym has them!

    Foam rolling is good the day or two after when DOMS sets in.

    Stretching and foam rolling are number 1 through 3 here :)

    If you take supplements, glutamine will help lots with recovery. I recently started taking it on a regular basis (morning and evening) and can feel a difference in the time it takes me to recover from a hard workout.
