BBC3 Issue on Sky

Hi All, I have a Sky HD box but on the other channels where I have BBC3 stored everytime I go into it the menu bar at the bottom of the screen stays on you the one that has the now and next menu on it, this only happens with this channel ITV2, FIVE, ITV HD, BBC4 all the rest are fine just BBC3 Anyone know how to get rid of…

Still happening tonight. Looked at the other thread about this issue. There doesn't appear to be any mention of a fix to this problem if you're using a white FTV card, only if you're viewing through "other channels". Any clues??
