I talked to my doctor who recommended me to go to someone which I did yesterday. This person is also a GP but who specializes in diet.

I am going back next week to a nutritionist who is also a good cook and does lessons to get more recommendations for my diet and get more advice from her. May have to start going regularily and the GP/diet specialist will be overseeing the whole thing so I will go back to her shortly again.

I have also been recommend for the GP referall exercise programme. http://exercise-referral.ie/

I have a few medical issues going on and have been down fairly bad the last few days with depression.

I don't know why I am posting this up here but I imagine that I will use this subforum for help and support in the next few weeks - thanks.
