here is my problem any any suggestions would be great. i was left a farm this year in a will. on the farm was a house and sheds. the will said that the house was to be left to another man. No mention of the sheds. the executer thought it would be fair to divide the sheds between the two of us. this suits me fine. the things is this other man claims that he should get all the sheds. his solictor advises him of his. the sheds would be close to the house and they would also be along my right of way. does the sheds go with the house or do they go with the farm. please help. i just want an some idea of what to do before i visit my solictor later in the week.

    thanks

What use is/ was made of the sheds? Are they normally used for domestic purposes or are they used in connection with the farm?

How are they accessed? from the house / garden or the farm?

Are the title deeds for the house separate from the title deeds for the farm? Which has the shed?
