Thinking of doing the course with Litton Lane training.

Anyone have any experience with it, advice etc?

It's heavier duty than ITEC IMO and you HAVE to do CPD in order to keep your qualification. I found it to be a much better course than the ITEC one anyway - I did both courses ITEC first and 'failed' my exam then went back and decided to do it with ACSM and thought the course was much, much better and detailed.

Thinking of doing finness/ personal trainer part time course . Was told the ITEC Course is good but do you have any idea of what the best qualification i can get part time and will it be recognised outside Ireland.

    Any guidance appreciated

I trained with Premier Training in London and one of my lecturers told us that the ACSM are extremely highly-regarded and the courses are tough.

Best of luck with whatever you choose.

Make sure the course you choose enables you to register with REPS at Level 3 (personal trainer) or Level 2 (gym instructor.) Being registered with REPS allows you to work in the UK and New Zealand, and I think Australia as well. I think it also makes it easier to get work in the U.S. but I'm not entirely certain about this.

Anyway just make sure your chosen course is in conjunction with REPS.
