NTL Aerial - Terrestrial channels?

    Howdy Fokes,

    Im wondering can I use the aerial that was being used to receive NTL as a terrestrial aerial?

    Im going by the fact thats its a big metal thing on my roof so it must be able to pick up something :P


    And if I can will i need to re-make off the coaxial cable or is there an adapter to convert it from the type of head that you would normally plug into the back of a sky box etc, to something i can plug into the TV?
