Not sure if this is the right forum........

When I look at someone's website, I am aware that they can review statistics and see how many hits they've had in a given period.

But, do you leave any personal info behind?

e.g. Is my Firefox/I.E. specific to me and revealing of me in any way?

    Thanks.

    D.

Browser statistics seem to be general enough

Your IP adsress is the one thing that can be seen that identifies your connection to the website

Google Analytics is another thing which could identify info about you
