Hackers Golf in Sligo?

    near to Sligo town, Does anyone know somewhere cheap and cheerful, just to hack a few balls at various times when i find myself free.
    I know there are some great courses near but the're out of my league..:rolleyes:

    ballymote and tubbercurry are both about 20 miles from sligo - 15 euro per day green fees. check out sligogolfacademy which looks the business as it ia a new driving range opening in june

    Tubbercurry would be the best of the two golf clubs but if you like hills ballymote is the place to go, green fees in tubber is 20 euro not sure what they are in ballymote but prob the same.

    sligored     the sligogolfacademy will give berties a run for his money. cant wait for it to open
