Just wondering about this. Would you be able to teach up to Junior Cert level with this qualification? Or would it be of any use at all? Thanks

    No.

To be registered with the Teaching Council it has to be an undergrad (very few exceptions).
You may get hired anyway on a temporary basis, but with so many out of work English teachers it's highly unlikely.

No, but a colleague of mine is in a similar position as you and is employed by the school on a part time basis
