Just thought it would be interesting to see how many people have the same opinions or not as the case may be to their favorite and least favorite pubs to play darts in .My favorite would be the farmhouse lounge and as it happens i play for the farmhouse . my least favorite over the years there have been a few the worst of the lot was lamb doyles. The old board in the thatch in the noggin just as you came in the door to the bar on your right was the best throw the borough league ever had over the years.

Don't be sorry:) I think it's probably the best set up in the league but is a bit open alright!

Favourite was The Neville, worst by far was The Bron Eryri, throw was parallel to a fireplace, it was a nightmare in the winter, sweat roastin off ya, and a bad bounce out and your arrow was gone

Kynes Corner have a good throw, I was impressed with theirs. I like our place in the Ivory but the board is useless so that takes away from it.

I don't like pubs that are cramped so not a fan of that pillar that's in your way in the Silver Tassie. Gallops with the mirror is very annoying too.

Ye Lamb Doyles was a terrible throw.Nobody else could see the board apart from the players, the marker and the caller.Dont like the Igo or the Lough where you can see people walking past you while you throw.Gallops is bad with the mirror, what is the purpose of it?The best throws are probably the most open ones like Weirs,Farmhouse lounge and Kynes.

TBH I love getting out for a few scoops and darts on a monday........dont really have a favourite away pub to play in.........but I really like playing in the Farmhouse bar...........I really like the throw in the lounge aswell but would prefer a bit of atmosphere.

Worst throw I ever encountered was in Clancy's in bray.........if you had already thrown 2 darts and wanted to check your own score you would have to.......take 2 paces to the left....followed by 5 paces backwards.....have a look at the scoreboard and do the opposite back to the oche  only ever played there once.........great atmosphere though......sing songs going on behind the players an all :D love that stuff.
