    Hi guys,

I'm about to employ a new house cleaner, but as far as insurance goes, I'm wondering should I ask her to sign a "at her own risk" agreement, in case of injury on my property? How should it be worded?

    Many thanks in advance

It is not possible to contract out of liability for personal injury. Talk to your house insurer, through your broker, and make sure that you are covered.
