if you lost nearly a stone in a few weeks eventhough you are actually trying to gain weight then you need to go and speak with your GP as a matter if urgency, a doctor is the best person to help with any physical / psycological issues causing this.

Yea i have this happened before like i have panic disorder and i sometime's get a really bad gagging when i try to eat food and sometime's i cant eat properly for a while, they always just tell me its because of my panic disorder so there is no point in going to them again they will just blow me off. I need some liquid high fat diet for a while before i end a walking skeleton :(

If you wont go to a GP i think it would be a good idea to see a therapist/CB therapist or someone who can help you with your anxiety.

Drink milk by the gallon - its chocoblock full of calories, carbs and protein and fat. If you don't like milk ... alternatives are almond milk/soy milk/oat milk.

Smooth peanut butter is very easy to have and full of good fats and calories.

Porridge cooked in too much milk etc is easily swallowed without any chewing.

The first time i had starbucks was when i studied abroad for a semester - upstate new york. Didn't drink coffee at the time so got a strawberries and cream frappichino venti style. Oh man it was lovely. No fear of ya putting weight on if you drink those regularily. nomnom

Yeah coconut oil is really easy and nice to just eat with a spoon. Careful of going overboard though - it can help with bowl movements 'loosely' ;)
