Beaumont blood test

    Hi
    I have to get a blood test in beaumont hospital tomorrow ,
    I will be driving there, could any one tell me where is the best place to park , I will be driving in from kilmore direction near st lukes church.

    Afaik there's a fairly big car park on the grounds.

    Thanks , I'm just wondering is there only the one carpark ? and how far is it from the blood test area anyone know please?

    Yes there is a car park there, but it is quite expensive. I think it's like €2.20 an hour. And when you park in the Beaumount car park the section for blood tests is just inside the door.

    Drive to the main door. Sometimes the security guard will let you park there for an hour or two if it's not full and you'll be in and out. If he says no then the car park is your only option really. 2.20 an hour but it stops at 8.80 after 4 hours until it goes into daily rates iirc.

    The securtiy guard let me park at the roundabout over xmas for 2 hours when I was dropping stuff up to my brother while he was having an operation.

    They gave me an appointment time of 2:30 for the blood test
    Does anyone know if they leave you waiting or would I get my bloodtest close to that time :pac:

    I'd say it would be close to that time. I was over there last week with a doctor and then he sent me down to the blood test section. When I got there I took a ticket and I was number 52 I think. Number 23 was currently in there with about 6 others I think. Overall I was waiting no more than 20 minutes.

    So that's me but good luck.
