    :eek:Are they mad?

The cheek of them to charge for it..anyone on 3 can and always have been able to use the skype app to make free calls over 3g(skype to skype).

Doesn't fring do the same thing with no charge?

No way I'll pay for that..

Yeah it seems that, to use skype using an iphone is going to a privilege! It's the same with phone networks charging for iphone tethering.

Both you could do on any other 3g phone for free. I've a feeling most of that money will be going back to the phone networks to account for "lost revenue". Simple solution is to jst use fring instead.

Do they honestly believe people are stupid enough to think that data downloaded to the iphone (safari etc.) is diffferent from that same data, being viewed on a computer?
Similarly how can justify this "small fee", when someone with mobile broadband with their computer can use skype, using the same 3g network, but not be charged. Double standards for iphone users i think so! :D
