hows it goin boardies, just wondering. is there anything in pre-workout shakes that i could have an intolerance to?

i take caffeine+creatine before workouts and have no problem

but the three different types of pre-workout shakes ive tried (NO-Shotgun,Nox accelerator and nanovapour) have made me sick.

just wondering what ingredients in them would be making me sick.

could be high levels of Magnesium in them
Magnesium has a laxative effect in high doses

I read some bumf I got with jack'd pre-workout shake that mentioned that

jack'd is creatine, caffeine, arginine i think
    worth trying?

it's not going to be magnesium, there is no magnesium in nanovapour or NO-Shotgun.
You are doing one thing wrong and it happens with 90% of people that get sick with these products, your not hydrated enough and you are not taking enough water with the product. Try shotgun again (much better quality product than the other 3 mentioned) and see how it goes. If you still feel like **** come back to me.

it cant be the water thing, i drink it in 600 ml of water and i drink 2-3 litres in my gym session. im very well hydrated.

I just can't believe you're using so many different types of pre-training supplements!! :p

Have a look at a product called pulse from myprotein.co.uk. I really like it.

The jack'd lemon and lime tastes ok. Slightly bitter but fine. I had a look at ingredients and there is beta alanine in there too.
I find it very good and does,kt result in toilet trip like NoXplode did.

Arginine capsule and espresso would probably do 80per cent of it. Do get a flushed feeling for about ten minutes after it. Same as NoXplode did

I used to take NO supplements before training, gave it up for the same reason. I've got sick after a few of my sessions because of them. I think the cons definitely outweigh the pros when it comes to them
Nox accelerator was the worst, gave nearly a full tub of that stuff away, shotgun is better but not perfect
