Stone Name Plate

    Hi

    I am looking to get a stone name plate with my family name carved into it as a present. I have tried monument works but it's not something that they would usually do and as a result are pretty expensive.

    If anybody knows a place.......

    Hi,

    my neighbour does that kind of stuff from his shed as a hobby. He did a house number in marble for my house when I moved in-lovely fella!

    Hi Guys,

    just to let you know I got a name plate made up by a guy in Dublin. He carved it by hand into polised granite. It was a big slab of granite too, 31inches to fit a pillar.He only charged €100 and had it for me in two weeks! It pays to shop around.
    He doesnt have a website but I'll forward info if needed. I have attached a pic...

    I know this is an old thread but I need engraved stone plate too... it would be a small one, palm size only. any suggestions/takers??
