I did my first 5hrs in a Robi R22 back about 2 years ago in South Coast Helicopters in Waterofrd.
Im training in Sydney at the minute, but want to add those 5hrs into my log book.
I never had an Irish log book and cant find any contacts for south coast. Are they still going? If not, does anyone know where I might have a chance of finding out the info for my log book, or is it all gone?

Well at the time you should have had the logbook entries signed by your Instructor. Without that they won't count for training or certification purposes.

It's surprising that the Instructor at the time didn't ask for your logbook particularly after five hours of training.

But there is nothing to stop you entering the information in your current logbook if you can remember any of the details. It won't help much but it is nice to have.

    Thanks for the input.

The instructor at the time told me people normally dont get log books till a good few hours in, then they fill them out from the receipts of individual flights in my file.

I had given in to the fact that id lost them, but it would be a bonus if i did manage to get a record of them.
