    There was a thread on here recently about a garage that sold a Mini Conertible that was seeiously damaged & repaired badly. Just came across the link below indicating that they have gone into liquidation:

    It just goes to show that if you don't look after your customers properly it will come back to haunt you.

    Yeah. There's a girl in Ballincollig who owns it now and is aware of the problems.

    A friend of mine was going through legal with them for the last 4 years trying to get a refund on a water damaged MINI they sold him too which he's never going to see money from I'd say at this point.
