Nokia N95 8G - rang 999 by mistake

    I was texting on my nokia N95 8GB tonight and pressed the number 9 key three times to go to the letter "y"
    However, I answered an incoming call which arrived at that exact moment and I found myself inadvertantly having dialled 999, the emergency number. Instead of speaking to my incoming caller, I ended up talking to the emergency services who were telling me to get off the line!!
    How could this happen or was it a complete fluke?

    try typing 666 to get the "o" in o.m.g. - that, and only that can possibly provide you with an answer.

    I know that is the only number you can call either by having your phone locked. Be more careful.

    Watch out for 112, 999 and 911. They are all emergency numbers.
