Pine nuts scarcity

Anybody know why pine nuts are disappearing off our shelves. I heard that the cost was gone too expensive €60 per kg , so they may be a thing of the past for now

i hope not i couldn't find them in tesco thinking of it. Saw them in spar they were reasonable too maybe try there!

I suspect they are just not very popular, and they need to be kept cool or they go off, so some of the supermarket may have decided they are more trouble than they are worth.
