For anyone in the south west region this might be of interest. Races for A1's to A4's.

From what I understand it will be
    • A4 : 4x15km
    • A3 : 5x15km
    • A1/A2 : 6x15km.

I think this is the loop

I don't know anything about the TTs.

The first post has the loop and the profile. TBH I don't know what the surface is like but I've been told it's not bad. Would be nice if the rain held off

    What club are you in?

What was the story with the TTs?

I done the A4 race, And it was very disappointing to see such a small crowd there,

Also done Hill TT, and it was a hill Oh boy was it a hill, ( its my first year of racing so i taught it was hard )
Road surface was very good apart from approx 200m and the odd patch,
I taught the course was good a few little drag's and one long climb,
Could have really been a quick race only for nobody would work and every one watching each other, I tried to make a few breaks only to be sat on, Maybe all races are like this, Very pi**ed at finish as the guy who won, sat on for the whole race and never took a turn, I suppose it work out for him but in such a small field everyone else show'd there nose at some stage (SOUR GRAPES ?, maybe)
    Lesson's to be learned,

Didn't wait for result's as went to see Tipp V Cork, Another disaster

Just out of curiosity, was it a club rider who won the A4 ?

Not from where i was watching :), JTD always the back door,

    Not like today i'm afraid,
Guy who won was from West Clare, Was 3 of them out of 10,
I had A go at about 5k to go, going up the hill and one jumped straight on my wheel and sat in, A mate told me after i pulled a gap, 2nd guy killed himself to bridge the gap,I rode the rest of the race at the front until 150m to go, I didn't think i'd get up in a sprint so i said i'll have a go, Didn't mind been jumped at the finish as i'm not that stupid to know what happens, was just pi** 3rd Clare man got a free ride,
I could have had a 60k spin at home and been at home for dinner if i wanted an easy day
and that's why i had a go, Hope that guy enjoyed it. Judging by the way he trough the hand's in the air at the Finish I guess he did,

    Wouldn't be my way !!
