DIY Fox RP23 Service

I was thinking of doing an RP23 service, but I'd need one of these Airsleeve Rebuild Kits which Fox doesn't ship overseas. Does anyone know where/how I'd get one?

OC Tuning sell the kits, but they are expensive apparently. I read over on the Epicmtb forum of people getting them shiped to friends in the states and then shipped over here.
