When you are closing down a company you have to advertise it in a national paper.

Does anyone know if there is a list of approved papers?
I have checked through google, cro.ie and basis.ie

    Thanks

A company secretarial specialist / Accountant will often complete the whole task for the price the ad costs you. Be careful with the newspapers it can be costly.

    Hope this helps

There are 8 listed on the form H15 www.cro.ie/GetAttachment.aspx?id=ea4a6954-e36c-464f-b050-642001e2e603
You can get the ad done by www.mystrickoff.ie for €99 plus VAT.

You often hear stories that the listing is put in Irish and buried in newspapers that aren't popular in the area!

doesnt really make a difference which way it is done, as long as you advertise it in a national paper. Its only fro the requirement.
