    Hi all,
I'm an italian economy student and I'm doing my degere thesis on Aer Lingus and Ryanair issues.
I type here cos I need some info to complete my work, and I'm not able to get it on web.
I would like to know why Ryanair (main Aer Lingus shareholder) doesn't have any member in aer lingus' board? How is it possible?
Asking it to Aer Lingus, they told me that Ryanair never asked it , but Ryanair is used to remind in their report that it is a Aer lingus fault.
And why Ryanair does not want to lead Aer Lingus' board, as the are lagally allowed to do?

I really thank you for the help.

    Alessandro
