Hi, was thinking of building a garage with a 1 or 2 bed flat above the Garage. Apart from getting planning for this, has anyone else done this with their garage, and has anyone any advise or tips on what i might need to do? Also any architect out there that might give me a few ideas on the design of this projects i live in…
