    Hello all,
    I was living in a private house for the last 6 months. i'm at home:( for a short time hopefully, because the last place wouldn't agree to me being on rent allowance; and looking for a new place.
    My questions are:

    1. Do i need the deposit and the first months rent or can i just have the deposit and fill in the rent allowance form?
    2. What happens if the place i want to rent is just over what the limits are for my area?
